Frequently Asked Questions
What age are Twirlmonkeys products for?
Our products are designed for kids aged 4–14. Many contain small parts, so they're not suitable for children under 3.
What's inside a Mystery Box?
That's the surprise! Each Mystery Box contains a mix of squishies, fidgets, wearables and accessories. Contents vary from box to box.
Can I choose what goes in my box?
Mystery Boxes are a surprise, but our Themed Boxes let you pick a theme you love — like Sweetie or Ocean Dreams.
Are your 3D printed fidgets all the same?
Each 3D printed fidget is printed individually, so colours and finish may vary slightly. That makes every one a little bit unique!
